Did a bathroom remodel. The final project I'm pleased with but the journey to get there was laborious. I'm quite meticulous to detail with my project so readers can add this to their equation of evaluation. At the project's completion General Manager Daniel reach out to better smooth things over and was genuinely focused on improving service, which was quite notable.There were issues with Project Management but these items were addressed by JMR leadership.As for the work itself, it was acceptable. I had a shower rebuilt with a tub and in some areas excess grout was used. The other issue was that once the tub was completed, they didn't wipe it down or clean it thoroughly, as there was some debris left, that I ended up cleaning.When any changes to your order occurs be very careful to review the invoice and make sure it's covering verbatim what's desired. If not, a generalization could result in an undesired experience.- Painting was 9/10 there was 1 missed small spot.- Bathtub/shower Wall Tile setup was 7/10, there were some places where grout was overdone in the shower wall niche. The tile also wasn't wiped down cleanly so you have scrub off a thin layer of grime that may have occurred from the grout application process.- Flooring, was a journey to reach the desired goal but am pleased with the final product 9/10. There is one part of the floor tile that ever so slightly feels not as secured but I may be nitpicking.- Countertop, was also another journey but got the desired material in place 9/10- Onsite Staff. The staff was always friendly, and despite their at times being language barrier (Spanish is usually the 1st language staff is most familiar with) using translators on your google phone can bridge the gap, and they are willing to work with you. If you're meticulous be sure to communicate well with the staff so that way your project gets implemented as desired. The only major gripe I had was that there could have been better cleanup once the project was done, floor was a bit dusty and needed to be cleaned and the shower walls and tubs needed to be cleaned. 8/10.
