We chose JMR because of their friendly and knowledgeable estimate person Ronniey, and their excellent reviews and references. The Ronald Group was assigned to do a full renovation of our master bathroom. They did a terrific job! Ronald and Steven communicated very well with us, and worked long and hard to make sure our bathroom became exactly what we wanted and needed. Our only glitch was with Governor Glass, the company they hired to make and install our shower glass surround… they did a poor job installing the surround, and had to re-do it several times, delaying our completion by more than a month. The glass guys did not communicate well with us, “blew off” appointments, and were more the typical folks who give contractors a bad name. Apart from them, JMR was excellent and I recommend them highly to anyone looking for expert remodeling! Props to our team, the Ronald Group, for doing a fantastic job and being kind and funny as well!Update: it’s been nearly a year and a half since our master bathroom full renovation. Everything looks beautiful and works properly! We are enjoying our JMR renovation so much!
