It gives me great pleasure to share my excellent experience with JMR Home Services in the recent renovation of my powder room and guest bathroom.From the initial meeting with the owner to the final inspection, the process, overall, was seamless and, at all times, I was treated with respect and felt valued as a customer. Each step during the entire project was clearly communicated, and management was always available to answer questions, resolve concerns, and address any change requests. The 2 crews that worked on my projects were skilled, professional and dependable, as well as JMR’s suppliers used for my countertop, glass shower doors and mirrors, and of course, the beautiful hardwood floors installed in my powder room. We recently had JMR Home replace the roof on our house, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.Communication throughout the project was outstanding. We were always kept informed, and any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly. Both the Office Project Manager and the Onsite Project Manager were fantastic—professional, organized, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was done right.The quality of the work speaks for itself.
